- We do not sell board member, staff or participant information.
- We do not allow those with whom the Future Leadership Foundation does business to use our information for their own purposes.
- We ask that businesses that require any of our board members, staff or participant information protect that information to the same degree as we do.
- We do not openly share any information of a board member, staff or participant unless that person gives authorization or the information is required by law.
- Our web site contains links to other sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these sites

We may collect, use and share information we need to do the work of the Future Leadership Foundation. Examples include:
- Personal information that you provide such as mailing address, telephone numbers, birth date, and medical information.
- Reference check information related to one's suitability for mission service with nationals and the team in a close environment.

How We Use Your Information
- We use information from our board members, staff and participants to prepare travel arrangements and living conditions in the international community.
- We use information to match your gifts and skills with the needs of the nationals.
- We use information to help train you to accomplish the tasks for the project.
- We use information to help you process passport and visa transactions and any other legal documents.
- We use information to insure that your health needs are met to the best of the ability of the Future Leadership Foundation.
- We use information to invite board members, staff and participants to contribute financially to the ongoing ministry of the Future Leadership Foundation.
- We use information to keep board members, staff and participants current on the work and ministry of the Future leadership Foundation.
Why We Share Information
- To protect the integrity of the Future Leadership Foundation
- To guarantee to nationals, especially in Eastern Europe, that each person comes with no history or pre-existing conditions that would jeopardize the goals of any project or relationship.
- To improve the ministry of the Future Leadership Foundation, such as, areas where the Future Leadership Foundation needs to provide better direction and assurances
- To study trends in the Foundation’s ministry in order to anticipate the future better.
