Our Philosophy

The Future Leadership Foundation exists to develop leaders of churches, institutions and Christian groups. The philosophy of ministry that guides the operations of the Future Leadership Foundation is described in the following statements:

• FLF serves as a coaching ministry to help national leaders achieve their God-inspired goals.
• FLF coaches leaders to identify resources and how to obtain them.

• FLF cooperates with national partners who set their own goals.
• FLF leverages resources based on an application process
• FLF requires accountability of its resources.
• FLF enjoys connecting partners to help achieve national goals.
• FLF works to remove barriers that prevent visions from becoming reality.
• FLF believes that on-site cooperation builds relationships.
