Our History

In the 1990’s, some of the Leadership Team and board members of the Future Leadership Foundation saw experience with an international partnership through a state denomination. During those years, the partnership included a wide range of both leadership and support, such as:

• Linkups between churches overseas and in the United States
• Children and Youth Camps
• University Student Ministry
• Church Planting
• Summer Missionaries
• Medical Missions
• Educational Seminars
• Agricultural Missions
• Evangelism

Because of past and present knowledge, experience and support for international experiences, the Future Leadership Foundation thinks there is still a viable, fertile field to work in. Moreover, it has set a narrow focus on what it thinks pays off the most—leadership development.

The Future Leadership Foundation is registered with the State of Missouri as a charitable organization . Its purposes are:

• To raise and expend or distribute funds for the support of global missions projects;
• To encourage and foster the training and development of Christian leaders and organizations.
