Our History

In 1993 the Missouri Baptist Convention, a group of approximately 2,000 Southern Baptist churches in Missouri, began a partnership with the Union of Evangelical Christians-Baptists of Belarus. MBC officially ended that partnership at the end of 2003.

During those ten years, the partnership included a wide range of both leadership and support, including the following partial list:

• Linkups between Belarussian Baptist churches and Missouri Baptist churches
• Children's Camp at Kobrin
• Teenage Camp at Kobrin
• Student Ministry
• Church Planting
• Summer Missionaries
• Medical Missions
• Educational Seminars
• Agricultural Missions
• Evangelism

Because of past and present knowledge, experience and support for Belarus over the past, Future Leadership Foundation thinks there is still a viable, fertile field to work in.

The Future Leadership Foundation is registered with the State of Missouri as a charitable organization . Its purposes are:

• To raise and expend or distribute funds for the support of global missions projects;
• To encourage and foster the training and development of Christian leaders and organizations.
